8th ECOSEP Congress, one of the most attended Sports and Exercise Medicine events of the year, was an unforgettable experience! It took place on 25-27 April 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in collaboration with MOVE Hospital and was an enormous success thanks to an excellent program, high quality speakers and institutions of sports medicine from around the world, amazing organization and Saudi hospitality. During the Congress, an ECOSEP Sports on the Field Trauma Emergencies – SOFTE course was also run at Mahd Academy. Among the exceptional SOFTE faculty was First Aid National’s founder Dionysia Giannouli and scientific consultants Dr Nikolaos Malliaropoulos (ECOSEP secretary in General) and Nikolaos Gourtsas (SOFTE Course Director). Special thanks to all the participants for their performance and the great interest they showed throughout the course!
