Specialists from the field of Sports and Exercise Medicine presented all the current developments regarding the prevention and treatment of sports injuries during the 12th International Congress “Sports Medicine in the 21st Century” held from 12th to 14th April 2024 in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Among them, First Aid National and ECOSEP’s course director Nikolaos Gourtsas, who analyzed the treatment of head and spinal injuries.
